Lynn teaches Hatha Yoga teacher. Having originally trained with the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY), she furthered her studies with AYS (formerly Vini Yoga Britain). She has been teaching yoga, relaxation and meditation for 18 years to all age groups.
Lynn is passionate about teaching yoga and believes yoga is accessible to everyone, beginners as well as experienced students. Yoga is not necessarily about moving into advanced posture work but about being in touch with your own body and working from where you are, to enjoy your yoga practice in a safe and friendly way, to stretch and tone your body and to give you a feeling of calm, relaxation and well-being.
Lynn lives in Lincolnshire and teaches yoga, relaxation and meditation seminars both privately and for the BWY. She has taught at the BWY congress and yoga festival and has taught yoga in India. Lynn also works as a Health Trainer for the NHS to support and motivate people towards healthy lifestyle changes. She is qualified in Reflexology, Complementary Health and holds a PGCE in Higher and Further Education.
